To the Philbin Family. We all grew up together with wonderful parents. My father and your father along with other parents in the Bellevue Community set the example and imprint on us to be who we are today. It is a pleasure knowing your father while going to St. Mary's School and playing in Bellevue City Sports with the family.

Joe was known and loved by all! The memories of picnics, the clang of horse shoes in the back yard - they all take me back to a very joyful time. I still miss Kate - and know I will now also ache for Joe's laughter and love.

It's been many years since I have had contact with anyone from this family but for all of the years I did know you guys I have wonderful memories.
