I am so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He worked with my dad, Robert Brinegar, in Oakland, MD, over 55 years ago.My mom, Betty, kept in touch with Joe and Thelma ever since (even after my dad passed). I remember both from my childhood. I will never forget the graduation card he sent to my daughter. She expressed her love of birds and he was so excited to share that birds (and chickens) were living examples of dinosaurs.
