My sincere condolences to Joe's family, extended family and friends. I met Joe in early 80's when we were drivers for RedCross/City of Middletown taking seniors to doc appt shopping etc. Joey was a buffed young man who charmed seniors with his debonair personality and wry humor. Plus, his ability to juggle several heavy grocery bags with ease was highly impressive. In conversation it was apparent Joey was eager to make his mark on the world and often wondered where life's journey had taken...
