I was employed by Wesleyan University. The first person I met with was Joe Rumberger, one of the most gracious people I would ever have the pleasure of interfacing with. Joe was soft spoken, kind, gracious, respectful and comforting to a very nervous candidate. Joe had the ability to put anyone at ease. He left quite an impression on me. When my husband died, I received the most beautiful note from Trudy and Joe. I have not and will not ever forget the impression he made on me....and all...
