Not sure what to say?

You will be missed.

I learned about Bonsai from Mary.and while I was not aware of her relatonship with Joe, or even that there was this beautiful man in her life,I feel that he was truly blessed in many ways. For instance to be able to express oneself as an artist is very rewarding, to see a scene that is meaningful to the photographer, and then to retain it via the camera's lense is a one of a kind picture. To take a little tree and to see how it will grow into a beautiful living Bonsai is surely a most...

Although I never got to know Joe that well, I always knew that when we were together, I was in the company of a person of intense talent, a loving (bonsai) personality, and a man who loved life, and sharing it with all people around him...He will be long remembered, and dearly missed.

Joe was truly one of the bonsai comumnitie's greatest bonsai personalities.I loved and admired him greatly.

Mary,
May your memories of Joe bring you comfort during this difficult time. All my love to you and your family....

My late wife Millie was the love of my life and I loved Joe for his kindness to her as friend, mentor and teacher. He will be missed.

Joe was an inspiration to me and to everyone. Now he and my Mom are in Heaven, having a great time pruning God's trees into bonsai. With sympathy to Joe's family, Mary, and everyone who loved him.

Joe never wanted to be called a master, when do you become a master?
Do you think Joe would mind if we called him a master now?
Probably not...
Anyways we have a lot of trees to trim and work to be done, when do you think you'll be back in to check on us Joe?
Love ya miss ya...

To lose a loved one is truly difficult. My heart goes out to you. I only knew Joe for one year and I would have loved to known him better. With Love, Kathie Kinkaid
