So sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He was a great guy that had a wonderful family. I'm sorry that we have lost touch with Joe and our cousins over the years. Rest in Peace, Joe.

Please accept my condolences...I joined the NCPD in 1968 and was assigned to the fourth pct where I met your father. There was a small group of us who were of italian decent and shared an unspoken bond....I was assigned to the Inwood car and always had a warm feeling towards your father...I think it might have been for his slight accent ..I 82 years old and living in florida. Joe.rest in peace..
