Joe was a great guy and great police officer. EVERY TIME I see a Michelin commercial, I think of joe.

On the 6th anniversary of Joes passing into heaven; I am remembering all the great times we shared. Prayers of comfort and surrounding hugs for his family. I will always think of my friend when I see yellow roses.

My deepest sympathies to all family and friends who loved joe. Joe was a partner in law enforcement and backed me up on many calls he became a brother to me . we have many funny stories as memories i will cherish until my last breath. God Bless his soul and enter him to heaven Amen

Dear Scarso Family,

I am so shocked to hear his name mentioned in church of the loss of Joe! He was such a nice guy and was fun to be with for the short time we dated. He adored his son. It has been a long time since I last saw him, but often wondered how he was. You have my deepest sympathy, I know he will be missed by all that knew him!!!! Terri

I just recently reconnected with Joe... hadn't talked to him since high school. What a beautiful, loving man.May God keep him. My thoughts and prayers are with the Scarso family.... your coffee partner, Chery (Kozel) Blaz
