Joe was simply the best boss a girl could have. He was inspiring and always right on the money with his critiques. He was so kind and generous, you wanted to give him your best work. He loved his family and his work deeply and we will all miss his sweet smile and warm words and funny jokes. He was a self made man that made everyone around him look good.
