Not sure what to say?

A wonderful man who uplifted folks. Inspiring artist who inspired others.

The world lost one of the quiet greats with Joe Seipel. Thanks, man. The older I get, the more I realize how much you taught me-sure, about art-but mostly about life.

Single Memorial Tree

This is such sad news. What an immense loss! I met Joe at my sister's wedding reception June 21, 1969. I was a senior in HS and he was working towards his MFA at UW Madison. He took me to my senior prom the following year and broke my heart when I moved to Madison to go to school and he moved to Boulder. We lost touch over the years but I thought of him often. Such a beautiful man! I can only hope that there's a 602 Club in heaven where he Is hanging out with the rest of the artists that...

Sending our deepest condolences to Suzanne and family. I always remember him with a beautiful smile and a kind word.

My Condolences to Suzanne and all of the rest of the Seipel family members and all of Joe's friends. I have known Joe and Suzanne ever since the good old texas.westconcin Boarder Days. A great fellow and friend. May Joe Rest in Peace he is in GOD hands out of his pain. Suzanne always remember the good times you all had together. Woody

Dave and Laurie Baumann Reedsville Wisconsin celebrating Joe's Life

A wonderful person, family man, artist, and an inspiration to many. He uplifted others and I have only good memories about him. He inspired joy and creativity, as well as responsibility and professionalism. I hope we meet again in the afterlife. Condolences to Suzanne, the family, and his friends for your loss. I do think his inspiration, and his story, will remain and and continue to benefit others.

My first job in high school was at the Border Cafe, and Joe was a great person to chat with whenever he stopped by. He will be missed!
