I was saddened to read about Joe's passing. I worked with Joe In Medicaid for many years. I loved joe's quiet company. I sat just a few desks over from him those many years. He was always there to help with a technical problem when I needed it.I have many fond memories of 'quiet joe' . One funny aside..A great line he always let out because he was positioned too near the microwave oven..." WHO IS COOKING OLD FISH IN THE OVEN AGAIN?" The culprit would then seek it out when he was not...

Joe was a great man. It was a pleasure to get to know him and his two sisters. We will greatly miss him.
