A fine man. My father´s captain.

Although we never had the honor of meeting him, by all accounts, Joseph was a remarkable man: son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, soldier, civil servant, community leader, etc. His legacy is, understandably, widespread. Joe was a good solid man. My condolences, very sorry!
