Although we never had the honor of meeting him, by all accounts, Joseph was a remarkable man: son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, soldier, civil servant, community leader, etc. His legacy is, understandably, widespread. Undoubtedly, he will be missed by many folks. Our deepest sympathy to the family.
