Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to have found out the news today of the tragic news. I worked with Joe when he worked at a restaurant in downtown Neenah. I ran into him a few years ago and as always he was a great guy and had a smile on his face. Another great one taken from us too early

Kindness and professionalism...just two of the traits that describe this man that I barely knew. As an LPN at ThedaClark, I mostly saw Joe in passing as he brought patients to our floor from ER. He'd always greet us with a friendly smile and a kind "hello". It wasn't until my wife and I brought our daughter to the ER that I realized how calm and compassionate he was in the moment. Our daughter has an excruciating fear of needles and the thought of an IV had her in a physical...

Kindness in those eyes.
Joe, you were gentle, sincere and loving.
We are diminished and will miss you.

RIP my dear friend!! You will be missed by many!!! prayers to your family and much love

One of my favorite authors is Kahlil Gabran; he once wrote appropriately, "Love knows not its depth till the hour of separation." For the past 10 years, Joe has been a large part of my joy in life. His unselfish, generous care of others and his smiling way was nothing short of inspirational. He brought happiness to every occasion I had the pleasure to share with him. Not many of us could say that we used our gifts well, but Joe certainly did. Memories of every bear hug and every smile shared...

I remember many days playing in Washington park and at Joe's house which was right next to the park. I think he had every dinosaur figurine ever made. R.I.P. Joe. Peace to you and your family.

Joe was a kind hearted man who I felt really comfortable around and appreciated his friendship! He will be missed by many and I will be praying for strength for his family and friends! I'm so sorry! A great man has gone to heaven!

We have been heartbroken by the news of losing Joe. We love him like he was part of our family. We looked forward to seeing him every trip home to Green Bay. The trips will have a little void now. I am thankful we were blessed with knowing Joe all these years. He had such a big heart -alwaya there for my sister Jean and my Mom and Dad. Joe just has more he needs to do now on the other side. Joe-until we meet again. You are sadly missed. Condolences to his family, co-workers, friends...

Joe was ThedaCare Neenah's ED Rockstar! He was the most humblest, kind, energetic, positive, and helpful person I have ever worked with. He taught us all how to be the best caregivers. He can never be replaced! RIP our dear friend. We will remember you and your amazing contributions always!!! So sad, Pam Witt-Hillen
