I have known Josie most of my life. She was a true believer in God with her gentle spirit and love of others. Of course she had to take the shinangans of us teenage girls from Coolidge Park. I think most of the time she laughed at us. Lets face it we thought we knew everything but here is a woman who went through WWII. She knew more than we thought she knew. I worked at Deluca's restaurant under her supervision. The Deluca and Deluce family I can tell you were the best cooks in Berkshire...
