I have known Josie most of my life. She was a true believer in God with her gentle spirit and love of others. Of course she had to take the shinangans of us teenage girls from Coolidge Park. I think most of the time she laughed at us. Lets face it we thought we knew everything but here is a woman who went through WWII. She knew more than we thought she knew. I worked at Deluca's restaurant under her supervision. The Deluca and Deluce family I can tell you were the best cooks in Berkshire County at that time. She is someone I have always admired. May Josie find everlasting peace cradled in the gentle embrace of the lord.

We loved JOSIE. She was a dear sweet lady. She always loved doing for others. Even in her later years she loved cooking for others. In her 90´s she would make antipasto for us. It was so delicious. The best I ever tasted. She always wanted to look her best too. I loved that about her. She had a sense of style. She was the "Best". She will be dearly missed
