Ned, your mother was such a sweet, dear person. I enjoyed my friendship with her back in the '70s so much. She loved you dearly and often expressed her love for you, the county and so many others. God bless you in your loss. Her sweet disposition will be missed by all who knew her and I count myself lucky to be counted among those.
