Not sure what to say?

I'm deeply saddened to hear of Josh's passing. Like many have commented, he was both a friend and a band-mate. The picture I uploaded was taken during the early 2000's when he played bass in my band(I'm in white tee) and he was the musical director(by his decree..lol). Also like many others have commented, Josh and I bonded on the The Beatles, Stones and many other influential artists/acts from that golden period of rock & prog rock(more Josh's thing for sure). We used to spend hours on the...

I was deeply saddened to learn of Josh’s recent passing. He and I were bass contemporaries on the local NYC music scene during the mid-70’s. Back then, for a short time, it seemed like we were replacing each other in certain bands. I first met Josh when guitarist John Zaff and I were looking for a drummer with which to form a band. John and I shlepped up to an attic in a brownstone on West 87th Street, where we met a lad several years our junior playing on a cobbled together drum kit. Though...

I am so sorry to hear this news. It's just unbelievable. Josh was so engaged in his music, he had plans. We used to meet and play George Harrison songs and more (last year) , he was so talented and feeling. My deepest condolences to his family.

Sending deep condolences to Claire, Charles, France, and Josh's friends on his sudden and too-soon passing. I hope the memories of Josh's kindness and musical gifts console you during this incredibly sad time.
Thinking of our dear Sam, too.
Sending hugs, Debbie

I will always remember josh as my brother
A man and, when he was young a boy who loved his family, loved music, loved to laugh and loved to have fun with words and expressions to tell a story
Since the day Josh died I have been listening to Beatles. Moody blues, king crimson and thinking to myself how much I miss him and his sense of music

Josh I have and always will love you my brother and only think of you with happiness in my soul

As Josh himself would have said, 'so strange...' As a friend and former schoolmate at M&A High School, I know Josh will be missed by many. My heart and condolences go out to Dr. Claire M. and Charlie, having suffered two huge losses in such a short span of time.
