As the weeks and years have passed and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. Josh, I miss you, I have been trouble sleeping thinking about you and a couple of the other guys. Thanks for being such a good guy in high school and an inspiration in training.

My sincere and deepest condolences to the Hardt family. I will never forget first meeting young Pvt Hardt at Ft. Stewart. Full of confidence, full of talk, full of life and always doing it with a smile. He was a joy to be around. It was an honor to have served with him.
He is missed.
