I'm at a loss for words but I want Josh's family to know that I have adored them and cared about them since we met in the early 90's. Josh & Amber were just babies. I lived across the street and became their babysitter and friend (extended family practically) for years. Joshua Rowe always made everyone smile. He was a great friend to everyone, and a brother who always was by yourside. God took him out of suffering and gave him wings to help others. He is an angel now serving the lord and watching over everyone.
