I'm at a loss for words but I want Josh's family to know that I have adored them and cared about them since we met in the early 90's. Josh & Amber were just babies. I lived across the street and became their babysitter and friend (extended family practically) for years. I miss the 'growing up years' with the kids (Danielle, Amber, Josh) and I am so saddened for your loss. May many wonderful memories comfort you through these especially difficult first few months. With love and sympathy, I'll be thinking of you.

Our deepest condolences to the family. Josh was a good friend to one of our driver's brother. May his wings protect & watch over his daughter. May he be the guardian angel to his little angel.

Joshua Rowe always made everyone smile. He was a great friend to everyone, and a brother who always was by yourside. God took him out of suffering and gave him wings to help others. He is an angel now serving the lord and watching over everyone.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
Amber, Ryan, and Mitchell may God bless you in these hard times.
Arlene Butler may god bless you for always being there for Josh.
Prayers go out to everyone.
