Ann, Tim, Mark, Eric, and Jim:

I did not know Joy, but my sincerest sympathy to all of you at this time. I, too, am a Stoeger decendant. Joseph Stoeger and his wife Anna (both born about 1800 in Bavaria) were my great-great-great-great grandparents. Joseph and Anna, to my knowledge, didn't have any sons, so perhaps Joy's great grandfather Louis (born 1863 in Germany) was a nephew or some similar relation to Joseph. My heart goes out to your family. I'm sorry for your lost of a love one. Joy was a great and kind person to know. I wish that we stayed in touch after high school. She was buddy and friend in our small special group that hung together in high school. She is going to be missed.
