Joyce worked for me at the Ananonda Minerals Company in Denver. I just found out she had passed. She was an excellent geologist, and a pleasure to work with. Joyce was such a nice and caring person. I always admired her for going back to school and getting a Master's degree at fifty. I have many fond memories of working with Joyce. She will be missed. My condolences to her family.

I had the Privilege of knowing Joyce for only a year. She was a very creative person who was always willing to share her knowledge with others. She will be missed by all of her friends in the Colonnades community, and especially by our craft group.
