Joyce Bulliard Obituary

Joyce Josephine Arroyo Bulliard passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021. She was born on March 11, 1928, in New Orleans to the late Dr. James J. and Denise Castell Arroyo. She was the beloved wife of 52 years to the late Raymond Gabriel Bulliard, Sr. She was the mother of Karen Bulliard Donnelly (Donald), Bro. Ray Bulliard, F.S.C., and James Joseph Bulliard (Evie). She was preceded in death by sisters, Marie Louise Ryan and Belle Marie Waters, and brother, James J. Arroyo. She was the grandmother of Patrick Michael Donnelly (Natalie) and Cullen Christopher Donnelly, and the great-grandmother of Avery Elizabeth Donnelly and Connor Michael Donnelly. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She loved her God, her Catholic Faith, and her family faithfully and unconditionally. Services, including inurnment, will be private at All Saints Mausoleum. The family thanks Notre Dame Hospice and A Gentle Touch Home Care, particularly CaVahna Scott Berry, for their compassionate and dedicated care.
