Joyce was a wonderful friend. She was respected and loved by students, teachers, and parents at Raymond. She loved her students so much. My daughter still says Joyce was her favorite teacher of all of her teachers. I am thankful that I had the privilege of knowing her. I will always remember her.

Mrs. Franks was my 2nd grade teacher in 1987-1988, while her husband was battling cancer. She devoted her life to her family, friends and the children she taught. Your family is in my prayers.

I worked with Joyce at Raymond all the years she taught there. She was so caring not only to her students, but to everyone on the faculty. She mothered all of us. You could always talk to her if you had a problem. I have really missed seeing her since she retired. I know that she has been reunited with her husband who she loved so dearly. I remember how much she missed him after his death. They were such a loving couple. My deepest sympathy to her family.
