Joyce at a Youth picnic

I just found out of Joyce's passing. Joyce was one of the loveliest and finest people I have ever known. As our youth director, she helped guide all of us with love. Even though I lost contact with her, I thought of her often. I found this photo taken around 1969 or 1970. To Allen, Candi, Neil, and Sharon, I send my love, and may you find comfort and peace through your memories of her. Alicia Clayton Vidal

You all don´t know me but I have admired Ms. Joyce from afar since I joined the Trinity family a few months ago. It was only a few weeks before I could see the love of Jesus shining through her and to see her humble servant´s heart. I am sorry your loss but I know she is ecstatic to be in Heaven.

She was such a sweet, kind lady she will dearly be missed by so many. So glad I had the privilege of knowing her.

Dean´s desire was to get strong enough to play golf at Father´s Day with his sons; which he did! Later I was privileged to work with Joyce and Nancy in the kitchen at Trinity. I cherish that time shared with a Godly woman and strive to follow her example. I have moved from Florence, but watched the beautiful service...

My sincere condolences to The Guffey Family and other family members. I had the honor of singing in the choir with Joyce when we were members of First Presbyterian and Trinity Evangelical Church. Joyce had the soprano voice of an angel. I would tell her that often. And I absolutely loved her cooking. She was a very sweet and humble soul. We reconnected recently on Facebook and I noticed I havent heard much from her since she came out if the hospital. I pray she rest in Heavenly peace. God...
