B.J., Judy was a gracious and talented lady. When I lived in Japan 55 yrs ago, my mother bought some turquoise and silver, silk-brocade obi material. She gave it to me to have a gown made for my son's wedding in 2008. It was only 26" wide and just enough to make a floor length dress with short sleeves. Somehow Judy made it work and the dress was stunning. I didn't know at the time that she was a dress maker for royalty and felt very honored and privileged to have a gown designed by her. I will always cherish that gown, not just because I wore it at my son's wedding, but also because of my wonderful experience with her while she was designing, fitting and finishing off the gown so beautifully. I knew her from Church, and knew she was a seamstress, but I really got to know her while she was making my dress. I am so glad I got to know her and will really miss her. She was still gracious and beautiful while she was going through her illness. She will always be a big inspiration for me. May God bless her and save a special place in heaven. I envision her designing angel gowns and wings.

Susan and I have lost a best friend, a neighbor, and someone who just can't be replaced. J.B., Cindy and Connie gave her the very best love and care a person could ever hope to receive, and we are grateful. Judy is and will be missed by us daily. Our comfort is knowing she is with God and will be happy forever. We will always love Ms. Pretty. It is easy to love perfection.
