I am so sorry to here this sad news. I only knew Judy for a few years thru Brooklyn Hockey when my son Mike played with Brian and when we were both on the board. She was a wonderful woman. In addition to being an excellent court reporter, Judy was also an outstanding broadcast captioner. Her quality was stellar. She worked with us as an independent contractor at the National Captioning Institute for about 18 months captioning a variety of programs, but mostly sports.
