Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home - Evendale/Blue Ash Obituary

Judith Ann “Judy” Lederle (nee McKenney), of Sharonville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at the age of 85. She was born on Valentine's Day February 14, 1937 in Cynthiana, KY to the late Arvel and Gladys (nee Horn) McKenney. In addition to her parents, Judy was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edwin Lederle; sisters, Lois Pickett and Wilma McKenney; and granddaughter, Jenna. Loving and nurturing mother to her surviving children, Karen (Rick) Helton and David (Chris) Lederle; proud “Nana” to her grandchildren, Trevor, Tara, Taylor, Ryan (fiancé Taylor), Kevin and Caroline; cherished sister of Betty Bates; many extended family and close friends.

Judy worked primarily as a homemaker taking care of the needs of her family. She and Edwin were longtime active members of Sharonville United Methodist Church. Judy dedicated much of her time to serve alongside her church family and community service missions. She also loved shopping for bargains, finding antiques, and local outings with her grandkids. She was a social butterfly who enjoyed entertaining, time with her friends, and traveling. We will all miss her elegant and outgoing spirit!

Visitation will be from 10:30 AM until the time of service at 11:30 AM on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at Sharonville United Methodist Church, 3751 Creek Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241 with Pastor Kurt Tomlinson officiating. A graveside service will be planned on Thursday, February 16th at Battle Grove Cemetery in Cynthian, KY. Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home in Evendale / Blue Ash is honored to assist with arrangements. Not sure what to say?

David,

I didn't know your mother, but if she was anything like the person you are, she must have been an amazing lady.

Jeff

I'm privileged to have this amazing woman be a part of my life memories. Her energized personality and gracious soul made her someone you'd want to laugh with and spend time with. She was my "second mom" during my teenage years with Karen. I'm heartbroken she's left us, but she'll forever be with me in my fondest memories.

I have such great childhood memories of her. I can remember laughing away with her because of the silliness of Karen and I. May her Angel wings wrap you in comfort Hugs, Terri
