Julia was my friend/sister. I have so many fond memories of us working together at the hospital. She was my mentor and encouraged and challenged my clinical thinking to get it right. You will never be forgotten! RIP Julia.

Julia's enthusiasm for social work radiated from her voice, her smile, and her eyes. Her face beamed as she welcomed our group of first year graduate students into her fold. Sitting in her beaming presence we told in no undertain terms that social work was the most exciting and noble calling to which one could possibly aspire. Julia's conviction and embrace rivaled the most powerful evangelist.

Teaching others to help others was Julia's mission. It was impossible not to...

Julia Pearl, you will forever be in my heart and I will never forget your internal and external spirit of kindness that you extended to my daughter and I. Julia your spirit was so rich and kind and it spread to anyone you met! While I sit here at the Inkwell. I can smile when I think of our Summers on the Vineyard having fun.
