I would like to offer my sincere condolences to the Rowland family. I did not know Julie, but reading what people have stated about her, she was a wonderful person. May God Bless the family through this difficult time.

To All of Julie's family, I am truly sorry. I don't think there is a person alive that can ever say a negative thing about Julie. She will be missed by many and my sister, Lynda, won't be the same without Julie. She and Julie have been through a lot of years together at NDH.
