Not sure what to say?

My great friend of 50 years and the smartest, funniest woman I know. She "rarely had opinion"

I respected Julie as a fellow local elected official and fellow lawyer. She always said "if the vote is unanimous, someone is not paying attention." She was a bright light.

My husband and I were blessed to have known Julie Ann. She was so full of spirit, laughter and so fun. She had a strong love for her children, her grand children were her extra special loves. She was so proud of each and every one of them. Her aunts,Uncles, cousins and friends meant so very much to her. She will be having a wonderful time in heaven with the ones that she has longed for. Rest In Peace beautiful lady Rob and Deb

Julie was an accomplished golfer and was a perennial member of our Tee It Up For The Troops foursome. We had a lot of fun!

Julie, We are so thankful we were able to visit and have lunch with you here in Florida last February! I can still hear your wonderful laugh across our backyards in Orchid Heights! We have so many great memories and a wonderful friendship! God Bless you and your family! You will be missed, dear friend. Rest in Peace.

Julie has been our friend and attorney for quite a while. She was a great woman and wonderful friend. A great patriot! We will miss her. Terry & Jenny Utter

Dear family, Julie is not dead. She lives in all that knew her. As with many who have passed, we are always saddened by their passing. Besides being a friend, she was my attorney who i thought she would never die. My deep sympathy to her family. Ed Solner

Without Julie we would not have saved our business, enjoyed her humor, golfed when we were supposed to be at work, been on City Council and in multitude of other committees. We could always count on her for friendship and legal advice. Our sympathies to her family, she will be missed but our memories of the good times won´t fade.
