So sorry to hear about Mr. Palacios's passing. He was my Spanish teacher and I can't say "silencio" without thinking of him! He was a great teacher and fair to all. I will also remember that I was in his Spanish class when they delivered the message that President Kennedy was killed. Still I remember my Spanish class with fond memories of a very wonderful man. He will be missed.

Mr. Julio Palacios was a true friend of all veterans. CWV Post 1805 offers the family our sympathies and condolences. God Bless. Julian A. Mendoza. Austin, Texas.

I am so sad to hearing of Mr. Palacios' death. He was my Spanish teacher in the early 60s and he was such a good teacher and fine man. Peace to all his family. I am sorry for your loss.

My sincerest condolences are extended to the children and Norma, his wife, of Julio Palacios. Mr. Palacios will remain a respected individual and educator, especially in the Delta Area. Many of his students will always remember the excellent Spanish classes he conducted at E-E High School. On behalf of all his students and professional friend educators, I can honestly say, "We have lost an excellent friend and individual in our community." May the Lord be with him and family. God bless all....
