Martha, James and Lynn,
We are so sorry to hear your sad news. I have thousands of wonderful memories (and some very good stories!) of your mom...the last time I saw her we had lunch right before she moved to Memphis. I pray that the memories you have and the love she had for you all will sustain you during this time.

Dear Martha, Lynn and James,
Maida and I are greatly saddened to hear of the loss of your mother.
She was a very kind and gracious hostess to us when we stayed in her home at the time of the Gatlinburg Highland Games several years ago.
Both she and your father made an enourmous contribution to the Clan MacLaren and the development of our Clan Societies. Our memory of them will always be one of great respect and affection.
Please accept our condolences.
Yours sincerely,
Donald MacLaren of MacLaren

Dear Family of June,
I am so sorry for your loss. I first met your mother and father at the Gatlinburg Highland Games in 2000 and immediately knew that I was going to love and appreciate them. They both encouraged me to join my extended family, the MacLarens, and to get involved, which I did and I have not looked back. They both were mentors to me as I grew with “The Clan.” I will never forget either of them for “taking me in” and offering to me much guidance and council. It was a joy to see her again the many times she drove from Germantown to Grandfather Mountain, spending time with her at the games tent and participating in the Sunday evening chats at Steve Quillin's cabin at Sugar Mountain. We will miss your Mom.
With kindest regards,
Chuck
