Read MoreI'm so sorry to learn of Justin's passing. I was his assistant at the Asbury Park Social Security office and had the honor and privilege of hosting his retirement dinner. We also had fun carpooling together. He was one of the nicest and most sincere people you'd ever want to meet. Sincerest condolences to his family.
