I'm so sorry to learn of Justin's passing. I was his assistant at the Asbury Park Social Security office and had the honor and privilege of hosting his retirement dinner. We also had fun carpooling together. He was one of the nicest and most sincere people you'd ever want to meet. Sincerest condolences to his family.

It was an honor and a pleasure to have worked with Justin over the years serving the needy residents of Middlesex County. He was the consummate professional, yet had a bright sense of humor. I miss him, and the county residents will miss his dedication. Rest well my friend.
