Justin was a great guy I met back in high school. we had lots of fun, tons of laughs, was a great guy just to be around. He just could add a great warmth to the crowd. And to this day is a name and person I will never forget. In 1997, Having been recently reassigned to the 38th OD GP in the Cross Lanes area, I met several young soldiers. Of them, I most remember Justin. He impressed me with his intelligence, genuine concern for others, and always had a great outlook on life. I am very sorry for the family's loss.
