Not sure what to say?

Justin and I have been friends since he was a young Assistant Commonwealth Attorney in Arlington. He had a passion for his work that inspired others. It was an honor to know him. I will always remember him as one of the best people I have ever known.

Justin was a good man, a good lawyer, and a good public servant. His passing is a loss to everyone. He carried not only the torch of Justice but used it to illuminate the darkness so that others could see.

Caitlin: Our Thoughts & Prayers Our With You and Your Family At This Difficult Time - Mycal Rolland & Family (SSSAS)

I feel privileged to know Justin and his wife Suzanne both personally and professionally. Justin will be missed. My deepest condolences to Suzanne and their children.

Sincere sympathies to Justin's family and coworkers from a colleague in the Western District of Virginia. The cause of justice has lost a true friend and that loss will be felt for a long time.

Justin was a fine lawyer, a dedicated crime fighter and a trusted and valued colleague. My condolences to his family

I will always treasure the memory of the Justin Williams. His integrity, loyalty and wisdom were profound. His lifetime was devoted to the highest of human endeavors: Justice. "May it be said well done, be thou at peace."

It is with deep regret that I read this notice of Justin's passing. He was a friend and one of the best US Prosecutors I have ever known. He will be sincerely missed.

Suzie: Our prayers are with you, Andrew and Caitlin during this very difficult and painful time. You and Justin hold a special place in my heart and my life. If there is ever anything I can do for you, please, do not hesitate to contact me. Justin will always be a "Special Friend" with a special place in my life. I will be thinking of you often and hope that you will call me so I can be a shoulder you can lean on. Butch & Dee Luker
