Justin and I have been friends since he was a young Assistant Commonwealth Attorney in Arlington. He had a passion for his work that inspired others. It was an honor to know him. I will always remember him as one of the best people I have ever known.

Justin was a good man, a good lawyer, and a good public servant. His passing is a loss to everyone. He carried not only the torch of Justice but used it to illuminate the darkness so that others could see.
