Kabal Singh Gill was born Nov. 25, 1943 in Majari, Punjab (India). He passed away peacefully on Monday, Dec. 7, 20009, at home surrounded by his immediate family after a 2 1/2-year battle with ALS or Lou Gehrig's Disease.

Read MoreI am saddened to learn of Kabal's passing. I'm sadder still that to find out so late that I could pay formal respects to him on Dec. 13th.
I'm sure that Kabal is in a better place now, free of the ALS that took him from us far too soon.
My thoughts are with his family.
