Not sure what to say?

To all the DeLuccie Families, We are very sorry for your loss. Gary and Mary Ann Bewick

Joe & Mary - So sorry to read of Karen's passing.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Joe and the kids. Karen was a wonderful person . She helped our family with a matter in family court, seemed hopeless but she came through for us. Rest in peace, Karen. Duane and Barbara Theesfeld

My most sincere condolences to Karen's family, associates, and those whose lives she touched in meaningful other ways. I did not know her, but feel this City has benefitted greatly from her dedication and years of generous and charitable service. She cannot be replaced, but hopefully the achievements attained in her short life will be an inspiration to those following in her footsteps.

I did not know Karen well...but from what I did know she was always, always, a class act, a tremendous person, a cherished colleague, and a tremendous credit to the Bar. She will be missed....she will not be replaced. Randall Cain

My wife, Judy and I were deeply saddened by the news of Karen´s demise. Back in the 1970's I was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Scranton and lived in Scranton and Dunmore with our two young daughters. Karen´s father, Tom Delucci was a prominent member of the Staff of the Clerk of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. As such, I spent many, many hours with Tom both in Court and socially. We (especially our daughters) were very pleased when we were able to get Karen...

my heart goes out to the family. Independence lost a treasure with Karen. I know how much she loved the city and her family.

We became friends in law school and even then she never did things halfway. She approached life with passion and intensity in all things. She loved Joe and Tommy and Mary Rose with that same intensity. I have so many wonderful memories of Karen that I will cherish forever.

My sincere condolences to Joe, MaryRose, Tom, and all of Karen's loved ones. She was an amazing woman, a wonderful and caring lawyer, and a true public servant. May her memory be a blessing.
