His elan vital was inspiring and we will miss his charming smile, wise and witty remarks. So sorry to hear of Karl's death. He was a great friend, a fellow Sig Ep at KU, and I knew his brother Hal (who was killed in the war) through Church camp, and Art who was in the Sig Ep House with me.
