I am so sad as I read this. Cancer is evil. Kathy was the same in elementary thru high school. Super intelligent and smart, loving, kind, giving. I loved sharing secrets with her when we were besties 2-5th grades. We had our crew and our adventures! A couple of Denver Bears games, party at cabin, a couple of self-produced plays, lots of sleepovers and just days together, along with other friends. She taught me to ice skate, patiently and not embarrassed by my use of a walker-like aid to...
