Not sure what to say?

Kate was a wise soul when it came to Girl Scouts. Her braided gray hair fascinated young girls at Scout gatherings. She once had some of us over at her apartment on Maryland for a cup of tea and some GS cookies we felt like royalty. Thanks Kate for sharing a piece of your life with us during our Girl Scout years.

Dear Molly and Joe and Family:

I'm sorry for your loss. I'll keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.
Take care.

Molly,
Deepest sympathy from your co-workers at St. Patrick's Guild

I am so sorry for the loss of your mother/grandmother/great-grandmother. It was because of Kate that I became so involved in Girl Scouts. She did my first training and she had so much energy and enthusiasm for the Girl Scout Organization that I became a leader. She was a great lady and she had the greatest personality.

I worked with Kate for a long time at Girl Scout Council of St. Croix Valley. She joins three other dear friends in heaven (members of the Chicago 7 group), Judy, Pat and Carol. I know they're all in heaven looking down on us. My prayers are with Kate's family. Phone calls were all I had with her in the last few years, she and I were not able to connect personally. A great, great lady who lived life to the fullest when she was able, she will be missed! I just hope I can be as...

I worked with Kate at the the Girl Scout Council. We shared our Irish heritage. A grand lady and we felt honored to know her as a special friend.
Our sincere sympathy to all of her family.

Dearest DeLong Family
I am very sorry for the loss of your mom, the matriarch of the DeLong family. She was a rich woman. Rich in family, friends, intrests, and intellegence. Kate shared her wealth generously....often 2 cents at a time (and I loved her because she did). She was a grand lady that expected the best of you, and accepted lovingly what ever that was. I am grateful I had the opportuinty to know her and I will miss her steadfast personality.

I am sorry to hear about your loss. I have great memories of Kate from Girl Scouts, she is a wonderful woman. She was a great friend. I will miss her very much.

Molly and Nora,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

Love,

Shawn
