Dear Katys family....(thats me too! ) I cant believe how time flies... it seemed like just yesterday your mom was calling us in from the shed, woods, Gowdy park or your pool. Now it been around a year that shes gone but I still hear her laugh and see her smile. Fourth of July, Christmas parties and the neighborhood just isnt the same with the 3 founding ladies now gone. Katy, Rita and Ruthy are definately in heaven looking at us laughing and smiling. Lets remember the good times...there were soooo many....our moms would want us to make more happy memories. I am still here if you need me. Love you all. Kazy (your moms special name for me)

Dear Ma,
There are no words to describe the love I have for you. I have always and continue to feel blessed to have a mother like you. You were a giver, never wanting for materialistic possessions. You lived by the quote, "It is more blessed to give than to receive".You were always concerned about other less fortunate and instilled in me to have gratitude and to help others in need. From my early memories of you, you never raised your voice, always spoke kindly to all. You cared deeply and would do anything for your family. Your positive attitude and unconditional love and kindness radiated everywhere you went. Young or old, family or strangers fell in love with you. You were truly a special gift that God gave us to teach us what love really is. It breaks my heart to let you go,but it was time to give you back to God. Love, Your daughter, Janet

Patty and family - My prayers are with you all at this sad time. One of my fondest memories is Christmas Eve at your home - your Mom and Dad were always so welcoming - lots of people, and laughter was all around! Another memory is that your Mom always called me DD. I would come to your door and your mom would say "come on in DD," always with a big, bright smile. She was a very special lady!

Take care.

To my dear friend, Janet, and family,
Your mother was a beautiful woman and the perfect mom, a role model for others. I will never forget the many parties to which she welcomed me and the twins, on Christmas eve, St. Patrick's Day, the Fourth of July, and others. She was a great hostess -- always including the young kids -- warm and welcoming, with the best tasting hot coffee around. She will always be right next to you, giving you strength.
