With great sadness, the family of Katherine "Kaye" Hines Matusik announces her passing on Monday, August 14, 2023 at the age of 68. Kaye was born on September 17, 1954 in Pensacola, Florida to Navy Lieutenant Commander William "Bill" and Rebecca "Becky" Brown Hines. She spent her early childhood years growing up in mainland Japan and on the beautiful island of Okinawa before the family relocated to Alexandria, Virginia in 1966.
