I believe this is the Kathryn Gerletti who was the beloved wife of John Gerletti, who served (among other places) in Karachi, Pakistan in the early 1960's with AID. If I am correct, I will be forever grateful to be able to "meet the deadline" to register my appreciation for the influence and joy this woman contribute to my life.
