I was saddened to hear of Mrs. Martin's death. I first met Mrs. Martin at Roanoke Memorial School of Practical Nursing. Ten years later we met again, when I decided to continue my education in Nursing. She was my mentor during an Oncology clinical rotation. She will never know how many lives she has touched through her career and by those she has taught. Mrs. Martin always represented what a " Professional Nurse" should be. I am so sorry for our loss. Kathy was a such a special person. I knew her as a coworker on R3. She was nursing instructor to my wife. Our prayers and thoughts are with you.

There are no words to say how much we will miss you, but we know that you are not sick anymore and are with Jesus. The Lord has comforted and will continue to comfort us through this difficult time.
