Not sure what to say?

Kathy, I often think of you! I am always sad that I could not be there for you in your final hours. You may be gone from this earth, but you are never forgotten and always loved by many! I thank you for loving me and for being more than a student, but a wonderful friend!

Kathy, earth will be a dimmer place without your bright eyes and infectious smile, but I am sure that Heaven is now all aglow!! May you rest in eternal peace, my dear friend!!❤

My sincere condolences to the family of Kathy Herndon-Lewis. As children we attended the same church (Wesley Chapel A.M.E. Church) where we became friends. Our mothers were friends. I remember attending many sleep overs at the Herndon home. Kathy’s memory will always remain in the hearts of those who loved her. Rest In Peace Dear Friend

Kathy, we miss your smile, crazy laugh and quirky sense of humor and adventure. Rest in Power Triumphant Soror.

To the Herndon-Lewis family, you have my sincere condolences. Kathy was an exceptional person and will be truly missed. I will be praying for the family! God always wants the best!

Kathy was a classmate of mine at Ryan Junior High School. She was a part of a brilliant and comical cohort that had big time fun while performing at an exceptional academic level. She was good people. This loss saddens me, but the memories of her bring back joy and laughter. I pray that her family and loved ones heal by appreciating the good times that we had with her.

My dear friend our condolences to your family and friends.
Kathy who loved life fully, with your infectious smile will be truly missed. Your ability to break out in song for most situations has put an imprint on me. So glad to have had the honor to call you sister/friend.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.
Condolences to the family.

I’m so sorry to hear of Kathy’s passing. Praying for her family. I know the Herndons from Wesley Chapel. Mrs. Dorothy Herndon and my grandmother (Alvie Davis Cummings) were good friends.
