Not a day goes by that I don´t think of Mom and Dad. Their legacy is that of kind, compassionate people who share so much friendship with others even through illness. Miss them everyday!

There are good persons and there are excellent persons. Kay was clearly one of the latter and that is how I remember my sister four years after her passing.

Oh Kay, how has it been 4yrs. Oh we would have been so mad at the latest political events. I always think of you when making goulash. You were a bright light for me. I do visit you when I'm in De Pere.

Only a year or so (but it seems much longer to me) since I could take my sister to lunch. Sad she is gone, but I cherish the memories that reach all the way back to early childhood. There are many, many of them.

Over the years and through many Bougie related funerals and the occasional summer Bougie party when I transported my parents. Kay and I would talk about the world at hand and family. She had the close up view, I had a slightly more distanced view. I enjoyed her take on life and humor.
