Tom,
You would only remember me from Berne-French High school class of 1956 reunions. Kaye, my wife Patsy Bauserman (Rostkowski), Georgia Haecker (Cook) and Pat Fleuckiger (Stucky) were best buddies. I was an outsider, but I enjoyed watching those fun-filled “girls” reminisce at the reunions. Patsy died of breast cancer in March 2009 and I miss her terribly. But, I know that all things are possible with our Lord and suspect that He would be willing to arrange a special reunion for Kaye and Patsy. Kaye, Georgia and Pat came to Virginia to visit Patsy about a year before Patsy died. That was special.
We all grieve differently. You don’t have to fit any mold. I hope your transition to life without Kaye will be full of thankfulness for having been privileged to share life with her. Our Lord is there for you. Seek Him out often. Your friend, Al Rostkowski
