Keith Carr, Sr was an Hartford Icon who selflessly served the community with honesty and tirelessly. His name should be on a street Albany Avenue or Blue Hills area as a sense of gratitude to a man who dedicated his ideals to create a better community especially for every west Indian in the greater Hartford area. Rest well in perpetual sleep Keith Carr. You must not be forgotten. (08 January 2020)

To members of the Carr family whom I regard as my own extended family, Linda and I join in extending our own personal condolences. However I know that Keith whom I regarded as a big brother would appreciate his life being celebrated. I take this opportunity to say how Linda and I appreciate all he did for us like a real blood brother. Delores, Glynna, Keith and Kurt, feel free to continue being in contact with us here out in Toronto, Canada. Love you all.
