Keith Carr, Sr was an Hartford Icon who selflessly served the community with honesty and tirelessly. His name should be on a street Albany Avenue or Blue Hills area as a sense of gratitude to a man who dedicated his ideals to create a better community especially for every west Indian in the greater Hartford area. Rest well in perpetual sleep Keith Carr. You must not be forgotten. (08 January 2020)

To Mrs Carr, Keith , Curt and family. Another Jewel in the West Indian Community has gone home. I hope we have huge dedication at thei years parade in his memory. On behalf of one of the founding members of the W.I.S.C, ( my father the late Clement C Peart) and my family i wish the Lord healing during this time of grief and we'll see him again real soon. This is not good bye but just good night for now.

To members of the Carr family whom I regard as my own extended family, Linda and I join in extending our own personal condolences.
